| Aspro opens in Germany the first CNG station with its technology |

It just opened the first service station with an Aspro compressor in Germany. It is equipped with a CNG compressor line IODM 70 and is located in the city of Erlangen. This is a part of a project destinated for the loading of buses impelled by CNG, and Aspro equipments are the ideal solution for a rapid, safe and effective load. To count with this functioning station has allowed us to improve our negotiations to take part of new projects in short and medium term. At present Aspro is operating in 28 countries with more than 2800 systems of compression for CNG stations. |

| We introduce a new product in Expo Fuelling Pakistan 2008. |

Pakistan is an international potency in CNG and Aspro already has stations functioning in this country. For such a reason, between March 14th and 16th. We will participate in Expo Fuelling Pakistan, presenting a compressor IODM 70-5-4R launched in 2008, in addition to high flow dispensers for the loading of buses. This event promises to be a great success, since it is an excellent opportunity to exhibit our products on this important market, not only to strengthen the relations with our actual clients but also to approach potential clients. |

| Aspro arrives to Mozambique |
| |
Continuing the plan of the Company's expansion, Aspro has initiated its commercial activity with Mozambique, selling its first compression system for CNG in this country. The equipment was made and exported from our Aspro branch in Brazil, which supplies to the local market and also exports to the world. This compression system will be started in the next months and it is the first step to keep on developing the CNG as a transport fuel in this country and in the rest of the world. |

The Export Found has distinguished us for the third consecutive year with the Award EXPORTAR 2007, this time under the category “Opening of new markets ". This award is due to the exporting consolidation of our compression systems and the increasing of the commercial potential of our products in the world markets. In 2005 we were rewarded in “Incorporation of added value in exported products “and in 2006 " Consolidation on international markets ". |
